About this opportunity

Agder fylkeskommune (Agder County Council) is offering 3.49 million NOK in 2026 to support projects where circular economy and business collaboration are central. The program aims to stimulate the transition to a circular economy in the Agder region. The funding supports pilot studies, pre-projects, and testing of new solutions. Projects must be collaborations between at least two companies and focus on utilizing resources such as side streams, reuse, and sharing solutions to create new products and services. The initiative also supports projects with national and international ambitions. The funding can cover up to 50% of approved budget and supports projects from idea to concept stage. New for this year, the program also supports neutral facilitation of circular projects, including workshops, legal clarifications, intellectual property rights (IPR), and business clarifications. The program contributes to the main goal of Regional Plan Agder 2030: to develop Agder into an environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable region by 2030 - an attractive low-emission society with good living conditions.
