The program aims to stimulate increased innovation and value creation through social entrepreneurship. Applicants must be organized as a limited company (AS), foundation, or voluntary organization with social entrepreneurship as their main activity and must have paid employees both at the time of application and during the project phase. The organization must have a significant portion of its main activity located in Akershus.
