Tilskudd til statlig sikring av friluftslivsområder

This grant program provides state funding to secure outdoor recreation areas for public use. The program particularly prioritizes areas near residential zones that are easily accessible and can be used by large groups of people. The funding is administered through the Norwegian Environment Agency (Miljødirektoratet) and aims to preserve outdoor recreation areas for the general public. Municipalities and intermunicipal outdoor recreation councils can apply, and local associations and organizations are encouraged to initiate applications.
