Tilskudd til tidligpensjon

Tidligpensjon (Early Retirement Grant) is a program designed to facilitate generational transitions in Norwegian agriculture for those who have had the majority of their income from agriculture, horticulture, and forestry. The program provides monthly financial support to eligible farmers who meet age, income, and operational requirements and have transferred their agricultural property to a new owner. The grant aims to support farmers aged 62 and older who have been active in agriculture for at least 15 years and meet specific income thresholds from agricultural activities during a five-year reference period. Two types of pensions are available: single farmer pension (enbrukerpensjon) and dual farmer pension (tobrukerpensjon) for couples. As of January 1, 2023, the annual amounts are NOK 105,200 for single farmer pension and NOK 168,320 for dual farmer pension, paid monthly until the farmer reaches age 67, with a maximum duration of five years.
