Tilskudd til tilrettelegging for friluftsliv, naturmangfold og fiske

Bergen Kommune offers grants to clubs, organizations, schools, kindergartens, and private individuals for simple facilitation projects that benefit the general public in the areas of biodiversity, outdoor recreation, and fishing. The grant program supports various initiatives including maintenance of trails, construction of shelters (gapahuker), insect hotels, laying of spawning gravel, and other outdoor access improvements. Projects must have landowner permission and any required permits before applying for funding. The program aims to stimulate greater participation in outdoor recreation, improve opportunities for recreational fishing in lakes and waterways, and support biodiversity through activities such as species mapping, vegetation clearing in seabird nesting areas, installation of birdhouses, information work, and combating invasive species. Applicants must submit a final report within one year of receiving the grant, describing completed work with images and providing a simple accounting of project expenses.
