Tilskudd til tiltak for å gi barn og unge økt forståelse for bruk av utmarksressurser

This grant program aims to provide children and young people with increased understanding of the sustainable use of outdoor resources. The program focuses on promoting hunting and wildlife management as outdoor activities, increasing understanding of harvestable wildlife as an outdoor resource, and contributing to increased interest, participation, and recruitment in harvest-based outdoor life. The program also supports initiatives that can help increase understanding of the use of other outdoor resources among children and youth. Small portions of the grant can be used to purchase simple equipment and materials in line with the purpose of the program, though costly equipment will not be funded. Priority will be given to applications for activities that are less resource-intensive and easily accessible to as many people as possible, as well as initiatives for children and young people with reduced functional ability.
