This grant supports restoration, conservation measures, and particularly burdensome maintenance work on buildings, structures and cultural environments that are protected Sami cultural heritage sites. The subsidy is managed by the Sami Parliament (Sametinget) and is particularly relevant for private owners of protected Sami buildings. The grant program aims to provide support for restoration and conservation work as well as special maintenance needs on buildings, facilities, and cultural environments not owned or managed by public actors or companies. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Digisak portal during the application period.
