Tilskudd til treningsleie

Drammen kommune provides subsidies to sports clubs that offer training activities for children and young people under 20 years of age. The grant helps cover expenses for regular training facility rental for these participants. The municipality adopted new guidelines for training rental subsidies on October 14, 2025. Sports clubs must be members of the Norwegian Sports Confederation and affiliated with Drammen Idrettsråd to be eligible. The subsidy only applies to rental of facilities for regular training, not for matches, tournaments, competitions, training camps, or other special events. The grant is designed for sports that train indoors but do not have their own specialized sports hall adapted to their activity in Drammen. The municipality will cover up to 80% of training rental costs for children and young people based on municipal rates, with adjustments if applications exceed the available funding pool.
