Tilskudd til utvikling av kommunale frisklivs-, lærings- og mestringstilbud

This grant program was administered by Østfold County Municipality on behalf of the Norwegian Directorate of Health to stimulate the development of municipal public health centers offering health promotion, learning, and coping services. As of 2026, this funding structure has been discontinued - the subsidy for establishing and organizing public health centers now goes directly into the municipal budget framework. Municipalities no longer need to apply for grants through the county, and the dedicated application rounds have been discontinued. Reporting for 2025 allocations will still be completed according to award letters, but no new applications are being accepted under this program.
