Tilskuddsfond for kulturminner i Fredrikstad

The Heritage Fund for Cultural Heritage in Fredrikstad supports the preservation and activation of a representative selection of Fredrikstad's cultural monuments and cultural environments as a foundation for experience, knowledge, development and value creation. The fund prioritizes physical measures such as securing, repairs and restoration of fixed cultural monuments and vessels domiciled in Fredrikstad municipality. Activities related to training, information, research and documentation that contribute to preservation may also be considered. The fund particularly prioritizes cultural monuments with formal heritage status or registered as worthy of preservation. Private owners, including teams, foundations and voluntary organizations, are prioritized. For 2026, the available funding in the cultural heritage fund is 850,000 NOK.
