Jobbsjansen is a grant program aimed at increasing employment among immigrant women who are far from the labor market and need qualification to enter work or regular education. The program provides individually tailored programs to strengthen participants' qualifications so they can achieve lasting connection to working life and become economically self-sufficient. For 2026, NOK 210.5 million has been allocated to Jobbsjansen. The grant covers support payments equivalent to 1G per place per year, salary costs for staff working with participants, and expenses for measures, development work, and competence enhancement.
