Tilskuddsordning for lokal kompetanseutvikling i fag- og yrkesopplæringen

This grant program supports local competency development in vocational and professional training in Agder county, Norway. The program aims to increase competence and quality in upper secondary schools, county municipalities, and training companies based on local needs. It supports long-term and strengthened collaboration between schools and working life through mutual competency development and exchange of knowledge and experiences between actors in vocational education. The program covers competency initiatives for three target groups: vocational teachers in upper secondary schools, instructors and professional leaders providing training in companies, and exam committee members. Companies and exam committees can apply for support to cover courses for professional leaders and instructors. Schools can apply to cover hospitalization (teacher placements in companies) or the 'Vocational Teacher 2' program, which involves bringing professionals from working life directly into vocational training at schools.
