Tim McCaig Memorial Fund

The Tim McCaig Memorial Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide a scholarship for a senior student enrolled in the Peters Township High School. This single-year scholarship award is designed to support student athletes who are graduating from Peters Township High School and planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited vocational or technical trade school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university. The scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated academic achievement with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and have been actively involved in athletics during their high school career. The fund aims to support students as they transition from high school to higher education, helping to make their educational goals more achievable. Recipients are selected based on their academic performance, athletic involvement, and demonstrated commitment to continuing their education beyond high school.
