About this opportunity
One or more scholarships are awarded to academically outstanding Canadian-born Indigenous graduate students in the School of Social Work at the University of Victoria. The award supports students whose program relates to social justice, anti-racism, and/or Indigenous resurgence. Students must submit a one-page summary explaining how their program of study relates to social justice, anti-racism, and/or Indigenous resurgence. Preference will be given to students with community or leadership involvement. The award recognizes Indigenous graduate students pursuing advanced studies that contribute to meaningful social change and Indigenous resurgence within the field of social work.
