About this opportunity
The Tom Andrews, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship for students currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College South Campus who are pursuing an associate degree with the intent to transfer to a four-year institution to earn a bachelor's degree. The scholarship is specifically designed for students intending to pursue studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields. Recipients must maintain a minimum college GPA of 3.0, enroll in at least 9 credit hours during the award period, and have completed a minimum of 20 credit hours at the collegiate level. Financial need determination is not required for this merit-based award. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if the recipient achieves a minimum semester GPA of 3.0 and completes at least 9 credit hours in the fall semester.
