Toroa International Undergraduate Fee Scholarships - Semester 2, July 2026

The Toroa International Undergraduate Fee Scholarships are designed for international students enrolling in an undergraduate degree at Massey University for the first time in Semester 2 (July) 2026. The scholarship provides NZ$5,000 towards tuition fees for one year's duration. Named after the majestic Toroa bird, this scholarship symbolizes resilience, strength, and the courage to venture into the unknown - reflecting the journey of international students pursuing education abroad. Up to 85 awards are available to international students who demonstrate academic merit. Recipients must be new to Massey University, intending to enrol full-time on campus in New Zealand in their first 120 credits of an undergraduate degree. Selection is based on academic achievement, with applicants required to have received the equivalent of a New Zealand B grade or higher in their preceding qualification. Successful recipients must pay the first year full fees or make a NZ$500 contribution towards their tuition fees within 2 weeks of the scholarship award to secure the scholarship.
