Torskeklubben-Founder's Scholarship

The Torskeklubben-Founder's Scholarship is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. The scholarship is specifically designed for students who demonstrate excellence in Scandinavian coursework and language acquisition. Selection is based on academic standing, demonstrated achievement in Scandinavian coursework, and demonstrated excellence in language acquisition. This endowed scholarship is funded by the Torskeklubben of Edmonton and is administered through the Faculty of Arts. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application to the University of Alberta scholarship system.
