About This Opportunity

The Trace Richey Nursing Scholarship was established in 2018 to provide financial assistance to students studying the Master of Cancer and Haematology Nursing course at the University of Sydney. This scholarship has been generously donated through the TLR Foundation and aims to support registered nurses and students pursuing advanced education in cancer and haematology nursing. The scholarship provides financial support for up to 1.5 years for full-time students or up to 3 years for part-time students. Recipients must be commencing their first year of the Master of Cancer and Haematology Nursing program and must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit, a curriculum vitae, and a personal statement. To maintain eligibility, recipients must be enrolled in at least 12 credit points each semester and maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark of 50. The scholarship value is paid in two equal installments after the census date of each semester. Recipients are required to provide annual progress reports to the donor.
