Transfer Student Body President Scholarship

The Transfer Student Body President Scholarship is awarded to entering community college transfer students who have been named Student Body President at their community college. The scholarship provides $2,000 over two years, disbursed at $1,000 per year. This scholarship award is renewable for up to two years (four semesters) provided the student maintains an overall college GPA of 3.0 and continuous full-time enrollment (12 credit hours per semester at MSU). Applicants must be entering transfer students with a minimum overall transferable GPA of 3.0 as computed by the MSU Office of Undergraduate Admissions and have a minimum of 48+ transferable hours. Students must submit both the General Scholarship Application and the Student Body President Scholarship, Entering Transfer Application in the scholarship portal, including the name and email address of an official from their community college to verify their status as Student Body President.
