About This Opportunity

The North Dakota Space Grant Consortium Travel Grants provide financial assistance to students presenting STEM or NASA-relevant research at conferences, attending STEM professional development workshops, or participating in interactive STEM conferences. The grants cover associated costs including airfare, ground transportation, per diem, lodging, registration fees, and other travel-related expenses. Virtual registration fees are also accepted. Each travel grant request is limited to $2,500 and is awarded competitively based on individual assessment. Students are eligible to receive one travel grant per degree program, and travel grant applications must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the conference or workshop. If awarded, travel and funding arrangements must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. International travel is not supported.
