About This Opportunity

The Tree Planting Grant Scheme from Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority encourages small scale tree planting within the National Park. The aim of this grant is to enhance the tree cover within the National Park to support delivery of National Park Partnership Plan priorities and improve and enhance natural capital for the benefit of people and wildlife. The scheme offers financial assistance up to £3,000 to plant individual trees or small areas of woodland that might not usually be eligible for other funding. Since 2019, the scheme has funded 24 tree planting projects in the National Park, with over 3,500 trees planted by various groups including small farms, fisheries trusts, schools, and individuals. The scheme is open to businesses, organisations, individuals and community or voluntary groups. Please note that this scheme is currently closed.
