About this opportunity
The Treis Scholarship is an undergraduate scholarship offered by Imperial College London for students studying engineering disciplines. The scholarship provides a cash bursary of £7,000 per year for up to four years, excluding repeat periods of study and subject to satisfactory academic progress. Two scholarships are available annually for students with Home fee status and household incomes below £70,000 per annum. Recipients are selected based on academic merit, with shortlisted candidates invited to submit an essay and potentially attend an interview with Treis. The scholarship is available for students entering specific engineering departments: Chemical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Design Engineering (Dyson School), Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Successful scholars may be expected to meet informally with donors, participate in scholarship events, and submit annual progress statements to be shared with the donors.
