About this opportunity
This scholarship honors Trevor Hepburn Edwards (1944-1994), a Canadian Architect who believed fervently in the importance of lifelong learning. The scholarship encourages mature, working adults to return to full-time education at the post-secondary level in diploma or degree programs that may lead to successful careers. Available to students in the Architectural Technology program at NAIT, it will be awarded on the basis of a minimum GPA of 2.0 and a one-page essay submission. The essay should provide a brief summary of the applicant's work history to date and clearly articulate their ambition and passion to pursue higher education to achieve career goals and successes in life. Preference will be given to mature students returning to school after having been in the workforce for five or more years. Previous recipients are not eligible to reapply.
