About this opportunity

Triangle Community Foundation recognizes the immense potential and abilities of the Triangle's students, and believes that the future of our region depends on them. This scholarship awards one high school senior and one adult learner who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to improving their community through volunteer work, work experience, and/or future aspirations and plans. The scholarship may be used towards any need listed under the school's total cost of attendance. Payments are made annually for up to 4 years, and the student must maintain a 2.5 GPA and submit semester reports in order to continue receiving funding. This scholarship selects a high school recipient from the applicant pool for the Benjamin F. Ward Scholarship and an adult learner recipient from the applicant pool for the Joseph Nystrom Working Student Scholarship.
