Troyt York Memorial Scholarship In Geography and Earth Science

The Troyt York Memorial Scholarship In Geography and Earth Science is awarded to full-time students majoring in Geography at Eastern Illinois University who are in good academic standing. The scholarship seeks to support students who demonstrate a love for Geography and Earth Science. Preference is given to applicants who strive to provide public service and/or pursue a career in sustainable development or public service professions. Financial need is the determining consideration in the selection process. Recipients may be eligible to apply and receive this scholarship again as long as they continue to meet the stated criteria. This award is announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall semester.
