About This Opportunity
Trustee funds are intended to contribute towards the study costs of students who are going abroad for a study-related activity but are unable to fund the activity without additional financial support. The scholarship consists of a one-off contribution towards the cost of study-related activities abroad for students at Leiden University. All students of Leiden University are eligible to submit a request for activities related to their study programme. The amount awarded depends on the duration of the stay, costs involved, and the student's financial means. For trips of 10 months or longer, the maximum amount that can be awarded is 700 euro. Students may apply for funding from the trustee funds once per study, with bachelor and master programmes considered separate studies for these purposes.
