TT-kort (tilrettelagt transport)

TT-kort is a transport subsidy program for individuals who cannot use public transportation due to a permanent disability. The program provides financial support for taxi travel for leisure purposes. Eligibility requires a permanent or long-term (more than 2 years) disability that prevents use of public transport, residence in Østfold county, and a medical certificate from a doctor. The basic grant amount is 2,700 NOK for the first half of 2026, distributed twice yearly in January and July. Additional funding from the state (25,000 NOK for first half 2026) is available for blind/visually impaired individuals and wheelchair users. The subsidy is loaded onto a personal card that can be used with participating taxi services throughout Norway.
