TT-kort (tilrettelagt transport)

TT-kort is a transportation subsidy card for residents of Akershus county, Norway who are unable to use public transportation due to a permanent or long-term disability. The program provides financial support for taxi travel for leisure purposes. The card is administered by Akershus County Council and provides a basic grant to all eligible recipients, with additional amounts available for certain groups including blind, severely visually impaired, and wheelchair users through a national funding scheme. The subsidy is distributed twice annually, in January and July, and unused funds from the first half of the year carry over to the second half, though all balances reset at year-end.
