TT-kort (Transport subsidies for persons with disabilities)

TT-kort is a taxi transport subsidy card for individuals who cannot use public transport due to permanent mobility disabilities. The program provides annual subsidies for taxi travel for leisure activities such as shopping, visits, and errands. Eligible applicants must be residents of Innlandet county, Norway, over 8 years old, and have a permanent mobility disability preventing use of public transportation. The subsidy is loaded onto a personal card that can be used directly in taxis with no deductible. The basic annual amount is 4000 NOK, with additional supplements available for wheelchair users and those living more than 10 km from the municipal center. The card balance is automatically refilled on January 1st each year, and unused balances cannot be carried over to the following year. Applicants must complete an application form and obtain a medical certificate from their doctor confirming the mobility disability.
