Tuition Fee Scholarship

The Tuition Fee Scholarship is offered by Swinburne University of Technology for prospective international research students pursuing doctoral or master by research programs. This scholarship covers the cost of research tuition fees up to a maximum of four years full-time equivalent for doctoral students and two years for research masters. Scholarships are considered on a case-by-case basis and require support from the student's Principal Supervisor. The Principal Supervisor must complete an Application for Tuition Fee Scholarship justifying their grounds for support, which is then subject to approval by the School and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research). The scholarship applies to tuition fees only and has no cash value. Recipients must commence their studies in the specified scholarship commencement period and cannot defer their studies to another year without reapplying. The allocation of this scholarship is subject to review on a semester-by-semester basis by the Swinburne Higher Degrees Research Committee.
