Tverrfaglig kulturvirksomhet

This grant program provides support for multi-artistic and interdisciplinary cultural activities in Norway. It offers both project grants for events such as festivals, seminars, and conferences, as well as operational grants for organizations and venues with a multi-artistic or interdisciplinary profile. The program aims to ensure access to diverse cultural expressions and professional art across the country, support new organizers in underserved areas, promote new forms of outreach especially to underrepresented groups and youth, and facilitate professional development and knowledge sharing in the cultural sector. Applicants can seek funding for planning and implementing public events with multi-artistic profiles, or for the operational costs of established cultural organizations. The program is administered by Kulturrådet (the Arts Council Norway) and has two annual deadlines.
