Tweed Family Charitable Foundation Youth Development Grant

The Tweed Family Charitable Foundation supports causes that inspire socially disadvantaged young people to achieve their full potential. The foundation believes that experiences in the formative years are the bedrock of life that follows. Their principal objective is to see young people who would otherwise not have the opportunity without their funding, develop their social, practical and life skills through mentoring, education and community activities. Applications are invited from organizations working with disadvantaged youth, with a focus on providing opportunities that would not otherwise be available. The foundation operates on an annual cycle with specific opening and closing dates for grant applications.
