Twila Hinsz Petersen Scholarship Endowment for Single Parents

The Twila Hinsz Petersen Scholarship Endowment supports single parents pursuing higher education at North Dakota State University. This scholarship is specifically designed to assist students with at least one dependent child who demonstrate high financial need as defined by the Office of Financial Aid. Recipients must be sophomores or juniors in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above. The scholarship gives first preference to students majoring in accounting, with management majors considered as a second preference. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through the NDSU Scholarship Application system.
