U1.0 Textbook Scholarship

The U1.0 Textbook Scholarship is designed to support the textbook needs, both paper and digital, for first-generation, low-income students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. This scholarship provides financial assistance up to $300 to help cover the cost of required course materials. The program specifically targets students who are the first in their families to attend college and who demonstrate financial need, recognizing that textbook costs can be a significant barrier to academic success.
