UEL High Performance Sports Scholarships

The University of East London's High Performance Sports Scholarships support talented athletes in combining university studies with competitive sport across four key disciplines: volleyball, basketball, football, and wheelchair basketball. The programme provides comprehensive support both financially and through elite athlete support services. The scholarships take a holistic approach with year-round, uncapped services allowing athletes to access as much support as they need. Current scholars include Olympians and senior internationals who represent UEL at national and international competitions. The programme aims to help talented athletes achieve success both in their sport and their academic studies through exceptional coaching and service provision.
