Ultimate Tradesmen Ltd. Competition Award

This competition-based award is available to second-year students enrolled in the Advanced Plumbing Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) who participate in the Ultimate Tradesmen Ltd. Competition. The award recognizes excellence in plumbing skills and is awarded based on a first-place finish in the Drainage, Water Systems, and Venting Pipes (DMV) Final Shop Project within the course PLMB2121 – Plumbing Installs for Multi-Storey and Private Dwellings. The award is determined through competitive evaluation by a panel of judges who use a standardized competition rubric and scoring sheet. Students enrolled in the qualifying program and course are automatically considered for this award, requiring no separate application. This award supports students pursuing skilled trades education and recognizes technical excellence in plumbing installation work.
