The UN Women Australia MBA Scholarship is a tuition fee scholarship funded by the University of Sydney Business School and UN Women Australia to advance women's leadership and accelerate progress towards gender equality. The scholarship is designed to support outstanding domestic students pursuing the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Sydney Business School. This scholarship covers full tuition fees for a maximum of four years for students enrolled part-time. Recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark of 65 each semester and enroll in at least 18 credit points of study per year. The selection process includes assessment of academic merit, curriculum vitae, and a personal statement demonstrating leadership experience and commitment to enhancing women's leadership. Shortlisted applicants participate in a discussion forum themed around gender and development issues, followed by submission of a reflective essay. Final candidates are required to attend an interview with a selection committee consisting of the MBA Program Director, a UN Women Australia representative, and an MBA alumnus.
