UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House Accommodation Scholarship

The UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House Accommodation Scholarship is designed for students who are moving to Melbourne to study at RMIT Bundoora campus. The scholarship provides a rental subsidy worth up to $7,000 for accommodation at UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House. In 2026, the scholarship will be paid in the form of a rental subsidy for one bedroom in a four bedroom apartment for the full academic year (46 weeks). The scholarship significantly reduces accommodation costs, with students contributing approximately $147.83 per week while the scholarship covers $7,000 of the total $13,800 accommodation cost. Recipients must be from interstate or rural/regional areas within Australia, be commencing full-time study in semester 1 2026, and demonstrate circumstances that impact their ability to study, such as low income, disability, or being from an under-represented background. The accommodation is located on the Bundoora West Campus within walking distance to classes, fully equipped with modern amenities, and includes 24/7 residential advisors on campus.
