About This Opportunity

The United States Studies Centre Travel Support Scheme – Masters was established to assist students enrolled in the Master of US Studies at the University of Sydney who are intending to travel for research purposes. This scholarship is valued at $2,500 and is intended to support travel costs related to students' travel to archives, special collections and/or research institutes relevant to the advancement of their research. The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and the applicant's proposed budget for use of the scholarship funds. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in the Master of US Studies and be enrolled in a capstone unit such as Research Essay in US Studies, Special Topics in US Studies, Internship Project, Dissertation, or Treatise units. The scholarship value will be paid as a one-off payment after the census date of the relevant semester.
