University of Auckland High Performance Sports Scholarship

The University of Auckland High Performance Sports Scholarship is a $10,000 award designed to support students with the potential to succeed both academically and in their chosen sport. Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and equitable environment for all students who have the potential to succeed in academia and sport at a university of high international standing. The scholarship acknowledges that some talented students who are pursuing academia and sport may face significant barriers to tertiary education, and takes into account a number of factors that can impact on an individual's ability to participate at university and their chosen sport simultaneously. Recipients will be granted membership onto the University's High Performance Support Programme with all academic, performance and personal support and benefits associated with this membership offered.
