About this opportunity

This Scholarship was established to assist excellent, well-rounded students with a demonstrated interest in business who will commence studies in an undergraduate coursework degree administered by the University of Sydney Business School. The scholarship is valued at $7,500 per year and is tenable for the standard full-time degree duration, with a total value capped at $22,500 for the Bachelor of Commerce or $30,000 for the Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies or combined degrees with Arts or Science. The Scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement, extra-curricular participation, academic achievements, and an interest in Business. Applicants must have achieved an ATAR (or equivalent) of at least 97 in the NSW HSC or equivalent and must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. At least one scholarship is reserved for a student who completed their Year 12 studies at an Australian Government High School. To maintain the scholarship, recipients must enrol in 24 credit points each semester and maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 75. Scholarship recipients may be invited to promote the program, represent the University at student welcome and marketing events, and fulfil the functions of a Business School Student Ambassador.
