University of Sydney Business School Rural/Regional Leadership Scholarship

This scholarship supports high-achieving students from rural and regional areas of Australia commencing an undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney Business School. The scholarship aims to recognise and support students residing in inner regional, outer regional, remote or very remote locations as classified under the Australian Statistical Geography Standards (ASGS). Recipients are selected based on demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement and an interest in Business, with awards determined by the Dean of the University of Sydney Business School or their delegates. The scholarship provides financial support valued at $6,000 per year, tenable for up to three years for the Bachelor of Commerce, or four years for combined degrees including the Bachelor of Advanced Studies. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic performance with a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 and enrol in at least 22 credit points each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.
