University of Waterloo China Hong Kong Entrance Scholarship

Two scholarships, valued at $2,000 each, are available annually for outstanding students entering the first year of any undergraduate degree program at the University of Waterloo who currently live in or who have previously lived in Hong Kong or mainland China and who intend to return to Hong Kong or China after graduation. Selection will be based on academic excellence as well as character, initiative, and community involvement. This fund is made possible by generous donations from alumni and friends of UWaterloo who live in Hong Kong and China. The scholarship is open to both Canadian/permanent residents and international students. Applicants must complete the award application through the Waterloo applicant portal by April 15.
