UPEI Faculty Association Gold Medal

The UPEI Faculty Association Gold Medal is awarded to the student with the highest standing in third year at the University of Prince Edward Island. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding academic achievement and is made possible by the UPEI Faculty Association, the bargaining agent for approximately 400 academic staff members at the university. The UPEI Faculty Association is a body separate from the University of Prince Edward Island and supports numerous scholarships and awards for UPEI students. These awards and scholarships are funded solely by the UPEI Faculty Association (the donor), separate from the awards and scholarships that are funded by the university itself.
