UPEI Football Alumni Scholarship

The UPEI Football Alumni Scholarship was established to honour the football tradition at the University of Prince Edward Island and to support student athletes. This award recognizes the return of post-secondary level football to Prince Edward Island in 2010 with the establishment of a PEI community football club as part of the Atlantic Football League. The scholarship is committed to encouraging participation from both UPEI and Holland College student athletes and was created following the inaugural Annual PEI Heritage Football Classic, which brought together former varsity players from St. Dunstan's University, Prince of Wales College, and the University of Prince Edward Island. The scholarship provides financial support to full-time UPEI students who demonstrate strong academic performance and athletic commitment to both varsity-level sports and community football.
