URI FNMI Stipend

The URI FNMI Stipend supports a First Nations, Metis or Inuit undergraduate student undertaking a 4-12 month research project in any discipline. This stipend is part of the Undergraduate Research Initiative at the University of Alberta and aims to promote research opportunities for Indigenous undergraduate students across all academic disciplines. Students must complete the URI Undergraduate Research Common Application to be considered for this award.
