UTC Progression Scholarship Scheme

The UTC Progression Scholarship Scheme is designed to support students progressing directly from the London Design and Engineering UTC (LDE UTC) to the University of East London. It recognises the hard work and innovation of UTC learners as they continue their academic and professional journey at the university level. There are three levels of award available: Standard Scholarship (£1,500), Gold Scholarship (£2,000), and Platinum Scholarship (£2,500). All LDE UTC students are eligible for the Standard Scholarship. Gold and Platinum awards are based on student profiles shared by LDE UTC with UEL with student consent. No separate application is required; once students firmly accept their offer at UEL, they are automatically assessed for the award after returning the consent form. Students must be progressing directly from London Design and Engineering UTC, starting a full-time undergraduate degree for the first time at UEL in September 2025.
