Utviklingstiltak for kulturaktører

This grant program provides funding for professional development, competence enhancement, experimentation, and collaboration in the arts and culture field. The program aims to strengthen the independent arts and culture field's opportunities to build networks, increase competence, and develop professionally. The scheme should collectively contribute to a more diverse, relevant, exploratory, and sustainable arts and culture field. The program supports activities such as bringing in external expertise to develop operations, professional exchange and organizational/network development, developing/sharing new knowledge or new ways of working, and interdisciplinary collaborations across the arts and culture field or with other societal sectors. Projects must be time-limited, and applicants can apply for multi-year grants for up to three years. The project must benefit the arts and culture field and/or the general public.
