UWM Access Scholarship

The UWM Access Scholarship is awarded to select students who meet specific academic and demographic criteria. This scholarship targets Wisconsin residents, particularly from the Milwaukee metropolitan area counties, who have demonstrated academic achievement with a high school GPA of 2.75 or higher. The scholarship prioritizes students who are first-generation college students, have financial need, or face life circumstances where obtaining higher education would be transformative for their future. This opportunity is designed to increase access to higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for students from the surrounding communities who may face barriers to college attendance.
