UWPAT Entrance Scholarship

The UWPAT Entrance Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding undergraduate student entering Year One in the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo. This scholarship, valued at $10,000, is distributed over eight academic terms to support students pursuing studies in urban and regional planning. Selection is based on a combination of academic performance (minimum 80% admission average) and demonstrated extracurricular and leadership involvement. This fund is made possible by a donation from the UWPAT-University of Waterloo Planning Alumni of Toronto, established specifically to recruit top talent into the School of Planning program. The scholarship aims to attract high-achieving students to the planning profession and recognize their academic excellence and community engagement.
